inspireU is looking for makers of all kinds to share their talents with our visitors, including fiber artists, soap makers, woodworkers, 3-D printers, painters, builders, composers, and more. If you can bring all or a part of your making process into our Discovery Center, we would love to have you!
The maker space of inspireU, Creation Station, includes a studio that can seat up to two visiting makers. While inside this space, makers will be able to work on their art, craft, or hobby in view of inspireU’s visitors during regular operating hours. Children and their adults will be able to interact with the visiting artists, ask questions and watch them create.
Inspire the next generation of artists! Research says that children most often cannot see themselves creating anything until they see a live person in front of them creating.
